Product Appearance Disclaimer

Our furniture incorporates premium virgin-grade cast acrylic and luxury textiles. Due to photographic lighting, digital display rendering variations, and textile dye lot variations, subtle color, texture, and reflection discrepancies may occur. Because each unit is individually hand-crafted, minor millimeter-level dimensional variances are natural and accepted industry standards.

Care, Maintenance & Limitation of Liability

Acrylic is a premium specialty material requiring gentle care:

  • Cleaning must be conducted strictly with a soft microfiber cloth and pH-neutral, non-abrasive acrylic cleaning solutions.

  • Nuvo Studio 369 assumes no liability for surface hazing, chemical crazing, or cracking resulting from the use of harsh solvents (such as acetone, thinners, alcohol, or bleach), abrasive scrubbers, sharp objects, or exposure to excessive thermal heat sources.

  • Nuvo Studio 369’s maximum financial liability for any claim arising out of product usage, transit, or servicing shall not exceed the original net invoice purchase price paid by the customer.

Price & Policy Revisions

Nuvo Studio 369 reserves the right to revise published product prices, packaging surcharges, and service terms without prior notice to reflect market raw material fluctuations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions, website usage, and contracts entered into with Nuvo Studio 369 are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services and products shall fall strictly within the exclusive judicial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
