By accessing this website or placing an order with Nuvo Studio 369, you agree to comply with the following operational terms:

Order Channels & Payment Terms

• Standard Website Orders: Purchases of standard, non-customized catalog models directly via the website checkout require 100% full advance payment. Any customization requests submitted on standard website orders will attract an additional customization surcharge.

• Bespoke WhatsApp Orders: Full customization (custom dimensions, tinted/smoked acrylic, tailored upholstery, and PVD metal finishes) is facilitated exclusively through our dedicated WhatsApp consultation desk. Custom orders qualify for a split payment structure:

  • 50% Advance Deposit: Required upon order and design finalization to initiate production.

  • 50% Final Settlement: Due upon video/photographic completion verification prior to workshop dispatch.

• Goods and Services Tax (GST): Applicable statutory GST charges are calculated and billed separately as an extra line item on all invoices.

• Specification Finalization: All dimensions, drawings, acrylic thicknesses, and fabric codes agreed upon during WhatsApp consultation are considered final and binding once production begins.
