Shipping policy

Production Timeline

• Each piece is handcrafted to order. Standard production and quality inspection require approximately 15 to 20 working days from the receipt of the booking deposit, after which the item is dispatched.

Packaging Options & Wooden Crate Protection

• Standard shipments are packed with scratch-resistant surface films and high-density foam wrapping.

• Reinforced Wooden Crate / Pallet Packaging: For long-distance freight transit and maximum safety against impact, clients may opt for heavy-duty wooden crate packaging, available at a standardized additional packaging fee.

White-Glove Delivery & Installation

• Standard freight shipments are delivered to the ground floor / building entrance by third-party logistics carriers.

• If a client requires specialized handling, doorstep delivery, unboxing, and precise room placement/assembly conducted directly by Nuvo Studio 369’s trained personnel, an on-site White-Glove Delivery & Installation fee applies based on service location.
