Refund policy

All furniture pieces at Nuvo Studio 369 are bespoke and made-to-order based on individual client specifications. Consequently, standard cancellations, returns, or cash refunds are not accepted once an order is confirmed.

Acrylic Material Quality Coverage

  • If a verified manufacturing defect occurs in the acrylic material (such as premature natural discoloration/yellowing or structural material failure attributable to fabrication), Nuvo Studio 369 will provide a 100% free material replacement for the affected component.

  • Transit & Site Service Expenses: While the replacement material and workshop fabrication labor are provided free of cost, all associated transit/courier logistics costs and technician on-site travel/inspection expenses remain payable by the client as per actual distance tariffs.

Post-Production Modifications

  • Once a product is fully fabricated, any customer-requested change to physical dimensions, silhouette sizing, or cushion upholstery (fabric shade/textile type) will incur an additional modification surcharge covering raw material costs and workshop labor.

The Nuvo Experience Kit (₹5,000 Security Deposit)

  • Upon Order Confirmation: The full ₹5,000 deposit is adjusted and credited against your final furniture invoice.

  • If No Order is Placed: The kit must be dispatched for return within 48 to 72 hours of delivery in its original, undamaged condition. Upon verification at our workshop, both two-way transit courier charges will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method within 24 business hours.
